The Self Doubt Project

This research project goes into what self doubt is and things that can affect it like impostor syndrome, education, and parenting. Of course, it also goes through ways to manage and deal with self doubt.
With the help of psychologists Dr. Diana Brecher and Dr. Martin Antony, filmmaker Bryn North, fashion models Gissell Diaz and Greg Jamieson, video game educators Dr. Kris Alexander and Geoffrey Lachapelle, and neuropsychology masters student Rebekah Novak, the film creates a base for beginning to deal with all the complexities of self doubt.

Why Monogamy is a research project exploring relationship structures that differ from traditional monogamy, such as polygamy and polyamory. The film goes over a brief history of monogamy’s origins, defines some of the different types of relationships, and highlights the stories of people who question or experience these relationship structures in their own lives.
