The Self Doubt Project

This research project goes into what self doubt is and things that can affect it like impostor syndrome, education, and parenting. Of course, it also goes through ways to manage and deal with self doubt.
With the help of psychologists Dr. Diana Brecher and Dr. Martin Antony, filmmaker Bryn North, fashion models Gissell Diaz and Greg Jamieson, video game educators Dr. Kris Alexander and Geoffrey Lachapelle, and neuropsychology masters student Rebekah Novak, the film creates a base for beginning to deal with all the complexities of self doubt.
The film was showcased and streamed at the Toronto Metropolitan University, alongside some of the guests that were involved in the film’s making, where the audience was able to ask questions and allowed us to go deeper into the nuances of self doubt.
